For terms of this agreement “Nachat Consulting LLC” will be referred to as its assumed name: “Nachat Consulting LLC”.
The laws of Louisiana State govern Nachat Consulting LLC and any agreements with Nachat Consulting LLC.
Privacy Policy
We may have fun and joke about some things, but your privacy is something we take very seriously. It’s important to know what information is being collected on you. For instance, did you know that Google has a detailed profile about you for every webpage you visit (that is if you aren’t already super savvy and have taken steps to limit this information)? Practically the only information that isn’t supplied through Google Analytics is your name. There are even estimates for your yearly income! Seriously, go check it out after you finish reading our privacy policy.
By the way, “our” and “us” refer to Nachat Consulting LLC, just to be clear. “You” refers to…well, you, the client/customer.
This policy applies to our home website (https://www.nachatconsulting.com) and our online course website (http://heather-s-school-5f00.thinkific.com/). You need to be aware that you may be directed to pages hosted on other sites in the course of engaging in business with us (Nachat Consulting LLC). For example, in addition to marketing and website work, we also offer online courses and mentorships. For products such as these, you may be sent to pages hosted on Thinkific.com or other websites. We will still abide by what we have stated here, but Thinkific may have a thing or two to say about cookies and such, so go check out their privacy policy if you decide to take an online course with us.
We want to be completely transparent regarding the information we are collecting on you. If you have any questions, comments, worries, or think we are not fulfilling our privacy policy, please contact us immediately at nachatconsulting@gmail.com using the title “PRIVACY POLICY CONCERNS.”

Nachat Consulting LLC doesn’t knowingly or actively solicit or collect information from minors under the age of 16. If Nachat Consulting LLC realizes it has collected any such information, it will be deleted. Nachat Consulting LLC does not contract with minors, thus anyone under 16 is prohibited from entering information on this site.
Nachat Consulting LLC does not share any user information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is when information is provided by a client/customer with the express intent that it be used for our testimonials.
Nachat Consulting LLC does not sell, trade, or offer user information to any third party unless we are compelled to do so by law enforcement.
Nachat Consulting LLC will only share client/customer data with a trusted third party when it is absolutely necessary for the purpose of billing. In these instances, the information will only be shared under the strictest confidentiality.
Throughout this website, Nachat Consulting LLC sometimes links to third-party websites. These third-party sites are not governed by this privacy policy and will have their own privacy policies.
Nachat Consulting LLC does collect data on this website. Nachat Consulting LLC collects and tracks the following non-personally identifying data:
a) Cookies–these small text files (typically 4 kb or smaller) are stored in your browser and we use them to optimize your experience and track your browsing preferences on this website (you can set your browser to not accept these cookies if you want);
b) Traffic Data—Nachat Consulting LLC tracks and examines where users go on our website, how long they stay on a page, what they click on, and what they eventually buy. This data is used in an effort to make this website more helpful and informative.
Nachat Consulting LLC collects voluntarily given personal information on this site. Personal information is only collected in obvious places and after the user verifies that they DO want to submit such information. We collect information such as name and email for the purpose of establishing contact with a user interested in contracting our services. We do NOT collect any personally identifying information outside of these clearly labeled forms. If the user decides to engage our services (for example, taking one of our courses or booking a paid consultation), we will collect financial information such as the user’s credit card number and expiration date. Certain personal and business information will also be collected in order to facilitate the creation of a contract if a user decides to engage our services.
If you wish to change or delete the information you have provided us with, please contact us at nachatconsulting@gmail.com using the title “PERSONAL INFORMATION CHANGES REQUEST.”
Nachat Consulting LLC protects all data, personal and non-personal data, with passwords and access ONLY by members of the Nachat Consulting LLC team to keep your information safe.
